Roles & Responsibilities:
You will be assisting with the conceptualization and execution of marketing activities across a diverse portfolio of sports-related projects.
• Involve in the planning to implementation of sports marketing
campaigns and strategies
• Perform administrative duties such as manning of event hotlines and database
management
• Manage social media content and website content
• Produce high-level written materials (English is a must, Mandarin is a plus)
• Liaise and manage third-party vendors, ensuring that both client and event
requirements are met
• Work closely with marketing and operations team to ensure that all aspects of
the event are consistent with clients and sponsors’ requirements
Job Requirements:
• Preferably tertiary students majoring in marketing, events or hospitality.
• Possess the creative eye; ability to visualize and conceptualize the big
picture and put together creative proposals
• High-level written and verbal communications skills and competency in digital
platforms
• Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
