Job Description

Job Scope
•Prepare press kit for dissemination to press and PR partners. Assist in sending out seasonal press releases to press if necessary.
•Liaise with press and stylists for management of press sample loans.
•Scan magazines and newspapers for editorial coverage. Manage press clippings and compilation of monthly editorial reports.
•Collect invoices from suppliers/partners and assist with monthly submission of invoices and checking of GL Listings.
•Entry of orders of collaterals in Portal (including DM, Advertising guideline booklet etc).
•Adhoc jobs as the need arises.
Job Requirements
•Undergraduates in Mass Communication or Marketing
•Highly communicative and pleasant personality
•Proficiency in MS Office
