Job Scope
Working as part of the Science and Technology Global Sales Finance Team this role will oversee the day to day activities of financial planning and analysis for the S&T Sales organization across the APAC region. The intern/graduate will support the S&T APAC Sales organization on sales approvals, analysis and reporting.
The successful candidate will support the Business Controller and the (Sr) Financial Analyst in Singapore by producing accurate, timely and complete information so as to analyze the performance and provide insights to the overall S&T Sales organization in APAC.
a)Support and where requested be responsible for periodic financial reporting of the regional revenue’s, costs, renewals, pipeline, print, etc.
b)Be contact for regional account management and ECS sales support for the proper processing of CRM sales proposals
c)Give support to the Sales teams in realizing sales deals in accordance with Business model
d)Make sure that sales data is recorded in management reporting tool correctly
e)Perform ad-hoc reporting and data analysis
f)Pro-actively help to improve and rationalize set of reports/ processes in APAC
g)Ensure proper financial control (CRM approvals, Proforma’s and BFM proposals approvals)
h)Be able to operate in a matrix organization with different stakeholders, cultures and be able to set clear & manage priorities and expectations

General Knowledge and Technical Skills:
• IT literate, quick adapter of Excel and Access software.
Required Education and Experience:
•(Studying for) Bachelor /Master in business economics or equivalent
• Good understanding of financial and management accounting
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
