Job Description
Detailed  
- Support operation manager to create Business Continuity processes
(an overview of what you will need to do to continue if your business is affected by an incident)
- assesses the risks to our business and the strategies needed to minimize the impacts of incidents
- draft a incident response plan which contain all the information needed to respond immediately before and after an incident or crisis
- Assist the head in the deployment of IT projects and services for our clients
- Learn and plan fluid operation processes for our clients
- participate in process improvements which is critical in any organization advancement
- Learn from the front end Sales how they manage customers and be a problem solver to resolve client issues
- assist Director in exciting short-term ad-hoc projects as service for our clients
- Learn technical and programming skills in servicing computers and database.
