Edenpod is a Singapore-based business incubator for Mobile/ Web-Solution Startups.
We invest and work with people and companies who have innovative ideas and great work-ethic to create and realise value for the same including partners, clients and investors. And ultimately and more importantly the consumer.
Apart from being an incubator, we also develop our own mobile (iOS and Android) and web solutions for commercial and/or research purposes. Some of which have reached Number 1 in App Stores in multiple countries.
On rare occasions, Edenpod takes on service contracts for projects we feel are very interesting to the Information Technology landscape, for example the augmented-reality app we have developed for one of our clients.

About the job
- Write beautiful and performant code.
- Design and develop high-performance, high-availability solutions to meet product requirements.
- Take ownership in projects and see them from conception to release.
Our Engineering Philosophy
We are engineers who love technology and solving hard problems. We use Ruby on Rails and
Django/Python in the backend and Javascript/JQuery, iOS, Android in frontend to name a few technologies. We believe in TDD, continuous integration and pair programming. With us you will be doing real agile development while caring obsessively about building high-quality software.

Desired Skills & Experience
Required:
- An ability to learn quickly
- A genuine passion for coding and technology
- A self-starter with a desire to work in a highly entrepreneurial environment
- University students or fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Additional Experience a Plus:
- Experience working with Agile Methodologies, such as Extreme Programming (XP) and Scrum
- Knowledge of Ruby, Python, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5/CSS
