Responsibilities:
– Handle company’s IT troubleshooting support for employees
– Basic file server, VoIP configuration
– Other ad hoc IT support duties as required
Requirements:
– Minimum N/O level holder
– Studying in any relevant IT discipline
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Possess good knowledge in technology products and web systems
