-Assist to establish the process for training and maintenance of training records
-Assist in HP operations including onboarding of new hires
-Involve in the Recruitment process of new staff
-To define HR processes and assist in streamlining HR processes to improve efficiency
-Ensure all procedures and process are documented to ensure proper knowledge transfer to new joins in future
-Responsible for recognition programs to reward employees
-Ensure that all HR policy documents eg employee handbook, offer letter, etc are kept up-to-date with any policy changes.
-Participate in the organizing of HE events such as Townhall, Orientations and Financial Year Kick Off
-Participate in the various HR projects and initiatives.
-Handle Job Portals such as Jobs Bank, Monster, Jobs DB, Taleo, Linkedln.
