Job responsibilities
• Assist in recruitment and selection process which include sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing candidate profiles to hiring managers and conducting referencechecks.
• Perform accurate and timely input of employee data into the HR database
• Ensure proper documentation, filing and P-files records maintenance for record retention and audit purpose
• Profficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Words.
