Job Description
Tasks:
- Daily running of gallery and furniture store and ensuring the cleanliness of the store and gallery
- Assist in the planning and organization of exhibition reception
- Assist in the write up for exhibition and marketing purpose
- Preparation of proposal for interior designers
- Photo-documenting and managing the database for furniture and art inventory
- Maintain relationships with clients and interior designers
- Ensure regular update of website and social media contents
- Administrative tasks
Qualification
- Minimum A Level or Diploma Holder, preference for someone with Arts management, Sales and Marketing background
- Passionate about fine arts and design
- Pleasant disposition and good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, good communication and writing skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Words, Excel and Powerpoint; basic working knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator
- Mature, good learning aptitude
