Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Learn and support the daily business of the regional communications and marketing teams
  • Provide administrative and logistical support on internal and external events including trade events and CSR
  • Support in PR tracking and coverage reporting
  • Support in awards tracking, case studies videos and written entries
  • Coordinate, design and load relevant and timely content to NEON
  • Support regional marketing team on design work for marketing collaterals and new business pitches
  • Assist in the organization of events including planning, logistics coordination and reporting
  • Research and collect information of important industry topics/trends in the region

  • Learn to prepare press kits and the creation of internal content on our award-winning internal portal NEON
  • Learn to manage the design process from conceptualization to final artwork including ads
  • Learn to coordinate and work closely across 14 local markets as a regional hub
