Job Description

Requirements

·         Strong organizational and management skills;

·         Possess high interpersonal skills and able to establish good working model with respective counterparts;

·         Ability to build network and relationships with respective counterparts

·         Excellent proficiency in using Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Outlook etc);

·         Good spoken and written communication skills.

Scope

·         Process revamp and redesign with current working model.

·         Support handbook update and documentation, align with current updated process in service delivery and service operations

·         Documentation of demand management into support.

·         Events Management – Teambuilding, corporate functions

·         Organize and support regional meetings (Agenda, content, timing)

·         Handle special tasks (e.g. Training calendar and content, preparation of town hall meetings, recruitment support)

·         Handle guests/visitors with established protocols and provide necessary support (e.g. getting the “invitation letters” for the incoming visitors ) & coordinate to facilitate the ultimate objective of the visit

·         And any reasonable assigned job duties.
