Management Trainee Intern



Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading and guiding a team in a store towards sales and customer service excellence

• Managing all aspects of the store, includes selling and merchandise, assisting customers needs and managing financial performance of the store

• Upkeep the store cleanliness standards

• Supervising and guiding the team in uplifting the service quality & standards

• Provide on-going training and development to all team members

• Identifies recruitment and training needs of qualified candidates.

Requirements:

• No experience required

• Experience as in food preparation is an advantage

• Possess great passion & commitment for service excellence

• Positive attitude with high levels of energy & enthusiasm.
