The Opportunity
CIO Network Singapore office is seeking an an assistant to assist our Client Experience and Operations Manager to help support our event’s sponsorship needs within the operations group. This role includes handling clients and operations requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with polished customer service skills, as well as previous experience working in the events industry within an operational capacity.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Client Experience and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
· Handling sponsors’ liaison and management of their exhibition stand,
OpenGov Dialog tables, wish lists and logistics
· Liaise with sponsors in the run up to the conference, making them feel confident that they are in a safe pair of hands and provide outstanding customer service throughout to ensure our clients return year on year
· You are computer literate and experienced in Word, Excel, Power Point. You will have to keep excellent control and well organised records of sponsors details
· Work with marketing, Sales and Sponsorship manager to ensure every part of a sponsorship contract has been fulfilled, even where it affects or crosses other department
· Liaise with external providers including venues, contractors, suppliers etc
· Obtaining quotes, negotiating costs, selecting the provider and managing the on-going relationship
· Pre-show and on-site exhibitor/sponsor liaison and support
· On-site management of all logistics and ensure everything run smoothly
