Job Description
To provide administrative support for
the Director.
This position requires enthusiasm, good organization skills, reliability and
good English skills.
Job Responsibilities
· Assist in organizing meeting schedule
· Filing of bills and receipts
· Assist in tracking of expense receipts
· Maintain and assist with all general filings/correspondences
· Perform clerical duties such as receiving and sorting mails, handle telephones enquiries
· Any other ad hoc tasks as and when required
Requirements
· Good knowledge and familiar with Microsoft Office
· Good command of English and written communication skills
· Enthusiastic, meticulous, pro-active and responsible
· Multi-tasking with positive and pleasant attitude
