Job Description
The Production Assistant organizes and tracks team schedules, and provides administrative and backup support to the development team
- Support the development team
- Assist in organising the project schedule, tasking and tracking
- Ensure team is aware of deadlines daily and have all necessary information or materials in order to achieve deadlines.
- Assist in tracking deliveries to and from other departments internally or externally
- Keep communications flowing internally and with other departments
Requirements
• Strong organizational, project management and time management skills. Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to establish priorities and multi-task efficiently within a high pressure environment while meeting strict deadlines.
• Experience with MS Excel and MS Word is necessary. Experience using production tracking systems is a plus.
• Singaporean or PR only
