- Managing both human and material resource allocation;
- planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes;
- making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
- monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
- being responsible for the maintenance of equipment schedule;
- liaising among various departments, eg, marketing, production, delivery, etc;
- supervising and motivating a team of workers;
- reviewing workers' performance.
Qualifications:
- Able to speak Mandarin;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a “get things done” attitude;
- Ability to work independently and in a team, attention to details a must;
- No problem working flexible hours and on weekends.
