Must be motivated, reliable, dedicated, dependable and honest. Develop media/press kit, write press releases, secure and assist with TV interviews and segments, viral media, etc. The ideal candidate is working on a degree in marketing, communications, public relations or a related field. Proficiency in new media technology skills is a must. A flexible schedule is ideal.
Job Duties
----------
* Web Development – Developing/Improving websites, blogs, updating and maintaining websites
* Update/Create Myspace, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Linkedin accounts; and other duties as assigned.
* Design blog posts using platforms such as: WordPress, Blogger, Tumblr, etc
* Conduct Media Outreach Campaigns
Other skills that would be a plus:

* Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
* Knowledge of Designing Softwares
* Familiarity with Social Media Platforms (Myspace, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and YouTube)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
* Other Software knowledge a plus
* Time management
* Organizational skills
* Leadership
* General Communications skills
* Basic HTML knowledge
* Must be organized and detail-oriented
* Must be reliable – if you say you are going to do something, you must do it and complete it. No flakes!
* Must be a team player
