This is a great opportunity for you to work while on-the-job training is provided in an office setting. You will have the chance to go through the entire recruitment cycle with the guidance of a consultant and most importantly, conduct both phone and face to face interviews with working professionals in various departments. This will enable you to further understand the different aspects of different industries.
