Job description:

The Project Assistant will be involved in the management and execution of trade exhibitions, with focus on Operations & Logistics: Data updating, registration management, customer service, pre-event coordination.
Learning outcomes:
====================
1. First-hand/ real-world exposure to the mechanics of running of a trade exhibition
2. Ability to assist in coordinating effective on-site operations
Job Scope:
============
- assist in pre-event coordination and preparation for upcoming exhibitions (including but not restricted to the following: preparation of exhibitor manual, managing of the e-manual system, following up with exhibitors` submissions etc)
- liaising with internal and external customers in managing their requests and to provide excellent customer service
- going onsite to assist in actual running of trade exhibition (managing of Organiser`s office and other related duties)
Job Requirements:

Students from Singapore in the field of Business, Tourism or Events may apply.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
- Good communication and time management skills
- Pleasant personality
- Effectively bilingual in English & Mandarin
