Internship Marketing and Operations

co-ordinator

(Singapore – China Town)

We have recently launched bellabox and we are looking for a Marketing and Operations Co-ordinator to assist the marketing and operations management team. With your passion for all things beauty and superior communication and interpersonal skills this is an exciting position for the right candidate. This position is an internship and will be for 3 – 6 months and available for Singaporean residents, PR or citizens only (we are unable to process applications from foreigners).

Your tasks:

• Attend to daily inquiries from customers via email and telephone

• Responsible for checking the status of customer accounts, payments and location of packages

• Handling of package returns, sending packages to bloggers and brand managers

• Receive stock into the warehouse and update on the website

• Prepare and ship purchases from the web shop

• Provide support for social media, researching the latest beauty trends

• Provide support to the marketing and brand management team

Your Profile:

• Strong commitment to planning, organizing, and documentation

• Singaporean resident, PR or citizen
