Marketing Intern

We are now looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual seeking to gain an insight into the marketing function of a regional growing HR and executive firm.

In this role you will provide valuable marketing support to a dynamic team and will be comfortable carrying out routine tasks individually and as part of a team. There will also be the opportunity to carry out specific projects and organise events to brand the company. A confident communicator, you will need to liaise with corporate clients and suppliers and will use your creativity to help with marketing communications and activities.

Job Purpose

To assist the sales team to maximise awareness and income from Singapore and regional clients.

Responsibilities :

Communications & PR

1. To update and maintain the AYP group website and AYP’s presence on external sites,

including social media (e.g. linkedin and HR forums).

2. To maintain the AYP client's and prospecting clientsstatistics database.

3. To assist with development of communications materials.

4. To assist with creation and distribution of newsletters and promotional items.

5. to write articles and comments on newsletter and any PR materials

Events & Research

6. To assist with AYP events and appeals e.g. HR and CEO networking events

7. To support AYP employer branding for internal recruitment

Administration/ Internal Comms

8. To help to accurately maintain AYP’s database of clients and candidates.

9. To assist with the tracking of income and issuing of thank you letters and receipts to

effectively event particpants.

10. To attend team meetings and be willing to contribute to other team activities as

requested.

Person Specification

Essential

• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal

• Good administrative and IT skills (including Microsoft Outlook
