Job Description
  1. Should be a team player and work well with a variety of people in diverse settings
  2. Able to manage time and track multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail
  3. Good knowledge of web and social media including sites like Facebook, Google+ and LinkedIn
  4. Working knowledge of content management systems (CMS) or blogging tools like WordPress
  5. Schedule Social media content, monitor the social channels in real-time and respond to conversations
  6. Must have a strong understanding and use of social media, keeping up with social media trends and tools
  7. Possess excellent writing and editing ability and be able to engage people by writing lively.
  8. Have excellent verbal communication skills
  9. Increase brand awareness and develop markets by identifying new strategic relationships and partnerships.
  10. Drive customers to our online website, social media outlets, as well as to local events that we participate in.
  11. Identify and attend and coordinate community events that connect with our brand
  12. Assisting the organization in the development and implementation of its marketing, business development, and public relations plans.
  13. Research and analyse competitor marketing and sales material and prepare presentations
  14. Assist in the creation of circulars, brochures, e-mail campaigns, social media campaigns, and internet marketing efforts
  15. Research possible marketing opportunities and partnerships with local area businesses and venues
  16. Participation in collaborative brainstorm sessions to develop strategic, integrated marketing campaigns
