Job Responsibilities <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
• Assist in Accounts daily duties. eg, issuance of cheques, bank errands etc.
• Assist in database updates for HR files. Eg. Leave records
• Maintain and assist with all general filings/correspondences
• Perform other incidental clerical duties such as receiving and sorting mails, handle telephones enquiries, order of pantry supplies, stationeries and attend to walk-in vendors, visitors and customer, etc
• Any other ad hoc tasks as and when required
Requirements
• Multi-tasking with positive attitude
• Meticulous, resourceful, pro-active and responsible
• Good command of English and written communications skills
• Good knowledge and familiar with Microsoft Office
• Good personality and able to work independently with initiative
• Singaporeans or Singapore PR need apply
