AT Events Group Pte Ltd – Event Sales Executive Position

• Responsible for client servicing, and potential account development
• Responsible for preparing sales quotation, project deliveries, budget and project schedule
• Willing to take on tasks essential for meeting sales targets
• Sales driven with passion to strive for excellence; 
• Ability to establish, manage and maintain existing and new customers;
• Handle customers’ enquiries positively and promptly;
• Meet clients and potential prospects to discuss and execute business/sales activities;
• Conduct marketing sales calls/presentations and sales inquiry follow-up;
• Manage sales orders effectively;
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment;
• Ability to handle pressure and work within tight schedules;
• Solicit new events opportunities
• Handle day to day enquires
• Conduct site inspections
• Responsible for the entire coordination process to ensure that all events are run smoothly
• Build good clientele relationships to maintain ongoing business opportunities and ensure high level of client satisfaction

·         Singaporean Only

·         Must be flexible in working on weekends
