You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and establishing and scaling up our marketing efforts, touching on Digital, Offline and Social Marketing channels as well as Business Intelligence and Data management. As we are a start up, it''s a role where you''ll have to really roll up your sleeves and be prepared to be invoved in related aspects of the business!

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Working across mobile marketing channels with Google Display ads, as well as retention channels like Push Notification management and Email marketing
  • Setting up and maintaining a proper reporting and tracking system and scale and optimize existing channels based on target KPIs and funnel conversion analysis
  • You will learn how to optimize marketing channels based on Cost­per­Install, Lifetime Value and Customer retention
  • Supporting the growth of a business in our first market Indonesia and future additional markets as part of our global headquarters in Singapore
  • Driving customer volume for worldwide markets through mobile and re­engagement campaigns - experiment, test, and deploy new sourcing channels / incentive programs
  • Being an active part of the central marketing team in Singapore, controlling and managing all marketing campaigns on all current and future markets across South­East Asia
  • Optimize AppStore and PlayStore presence for high rankings
Qualifications
  • Highly analytical background - you will love numbers and enjoy working with data
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Basic technical knowledge (e.g. Visual Basics, Python) are a plus
  • Pro­active communicator, comfortable managing dialogues in­ and outside the company and reaching out to new partners or channels
  • Excited about joining a fast ­paced, high ­pressure working environment with sudden changes of direction and frequent high ­urgency situations
