We are currently looking for an experienced recruiter to join the APACIG team! Based in Singapore, you will be responsible for all HR and recruitment activities across all ventures in the APAC region, with a special focus on ventures based in the Singapore office. You will have local recruitment experience across a variety of platforms and a strong understanding of local HR principles and relevant labour law.

Job Description
HR & Recruitment Manager (4-month Contract Position)
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Working with Country Managers/MDs across APAC to develop recruitment plans for their venture and manage the talent acquisition process
  • Perform mass and targeted searches across a range of departments and roles using a variety of recruitment techniques
  • Networking and effectively partnering with local and international universities and Business Schools to create brand awareness and help maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates
  • Business partnering with Management (particularly in Singapore) to deal with all HR-related legal and/or performance based matters
  • Basic Payroll and HR related administration
QUALIFICATIONS

Ideally we are looking for the following:

  • Degree qualified in HR or a related field, with at least 2+ years local recruitment experience (experience in the Singaporean market preferred)
  • Good command of English - both written and oral
  • Good working knowledge of local employment/labour laws and principles (including experience in organizing EP/S-Passes)
  • Highly driven, with the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with working in a startup environment an advantage!
