With Arrive, users can easily leverage the combined knowledge of friends, local experts, and trusted brands to explore, create, and book amazing experiences both in their hometown and across the globe.

We are currently seeking an innovative, experienced Web/Graphic Designer to join our team and help us drive our vision forward at Arrive.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about discovering new places, unafraid to challenge the norm, and willing to break through the boundaries of conventional design. Responsibilities:

-Lead the global design of provocative, user-friendly web and mobile user interfaces

-Bring our vision to life with unconventional, awe-inspiring on and offline product marketing materials

-Craft Arrive's brand identity through forward-thinking visual messaging and branded elements

-Work alongside, lead, and mentor younger members of the design team

Experience and Skills:

-3-5 years graphic design experience with at least 2 years front-end web design experience

-Fluency in current graphic software including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

-Technical knowledge of how web-based technologies apply to web design such as HTML, Flash, CSS etc. (No coding required)

-Able to take loose ideas and turn those ideas into sophisticated, polished designs

-Deep knowledge of typography

-Meticulous attention to detail

-Ability to work with photography to deliver clean, image centric designs

-Strong communication skills and willingness to confidently ask questions, speak your mind, and share ideas

-Capable of leading all creative aspects of projects while collaborating with development, marketing, and sales teams

-Able to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment, tacking challenging projects on a tight schedule

-Knowledge of Mobile App front-end design is a bonus

-Experience managing a team of designers a plus

-A highly motivated self-starter
