We are Arcadier Private Limited.
Arcadier is a technology company that focuses on specifically delivering products that provide businesses with greater levels of customer acquisition, engagement and retention. Our technology is mobile-centric and developed as a ‘platform of products’ – in technical terminology we’re a cloud-based platform-as-a-service (PaaS) company. Although we’re in the early stages of building our PaaS capabilities, we do have live solutions in markets. As we build our network of partner agencies (webs developers, marketing and advertising companies and so on), we will certainly see more of our products in market. Therefore, our clear focus is to deliver products that enable these agencies to create innovative solutions for their client, which are cost effective and reliable.
Arcadier is headquartered in Singapore, but has offices in Sydney and the Philippines. We’ve recently secured our second round of funding, and subsequently we’re now in the process of not only expanding our business, but also building our product team to ensure the products we create are scalable and world class. And we have an awesome workspace!
The internship has 5 main specific tasks:
• Support Product Team as the “voice of the customer” in terms of user experience
• Support the development of “go-to-market” collaterals and product documentation
• Support the development of business development pitches and presentation
• Support the development the development of investment pitch documents for the company’s next round of funding
• Market research on products being developed to garner user opinions
To support the above task, general duties would include:
• Support Product team in Product Testing, opinions on application flows for better consumer experience
• Support Product team in consumer research and response on functionalities to include in new versions of applications
• Lead in the writing and editing sales and marketing materials, which include brochures, presentations and collateral;
• Manage sales-related and marketing administrative projects that include running marketing and sales reports, conducting research on company and other assignments in database;
• Assist in promotional materials and sales pitch production
• Assist in writing and editing sales and marketing materials, which include articles, presentations, white papers, and collateral;
• Provide assistance in creating and enhancing the marketing campaigns
• Provide assistance in terms of logistics to go to market roll-outs;
• Serve as liaison between advertising agencies and the company, print suppliers, freelance talent, and various marketing services;
JOB QUALIFICATIONS· Undergraduates in business management, technology and/or marketing
· Must have very strong POWERPOINT skills
· Love mobile technology and its applications
· Have some experience in building business plans or sale pitches
· Ability to build relationships internally and externally, interfacing
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
· “Can do” attitude, team player, fun, energetic personality, works well under pressure
· Enjoys working in a Silicon Valley styled internet start-up culture with requires a “hands on” attitude.
· Some experience in Photoshop, HTML would be beneficial
