Job Description
- Copy-write, design and upload the deals brought in by Sales personnel
- Handle customers/merchants’ email & telephone enquiries
- Handle customers’ refunds and payment to merchants
- Any other office support administration
Requirements :
- Singaporean / PR
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of working experience with similar capacity
- Must possess at least a GCE ‘O’ Level, Polytechnic Diploma, or equivalent.
- Must have a strong command in English
- Possess excellent skills in communication
- Creative and be able to manipulate graphics
- Organized and the ability to adapt to changes
- Knowledge of the Group Buy and Daily Deal business will be an added advantage.
- Preferred skill(s): SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Outlook, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word
