Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for daily filing and maintenance of all drawings and documents
  • Responsible for scanning, printing, copy of drawings and documents
  • Prepare and maintain document control and filing system for drawings.
  • Register incoming & outgoing drawings and documents
  • Involve in drawings preparation for submission
  • Packing and record warehouse storage
  • Dispatch of drawings
  • Perform any other ad-hoc projects or duties.
Requirements:
  • GCE O Level or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to exercise initiative and work independently with minimum supervision
