Job Description

Primary Duties


Compensation & Benefits / Rewards
1.Assist with the Salary round and Bonus Round templates/ Letters
2.Assist with yearly TRS, Salary Mercer Data Review exercise
3.Ensure SEA HR processes are adhere to
4.Assist in the processing of insurance claims, medical claims ( including renewal of contracts)
5.Coordination of recognition programs and events
6.Assist in all compensation & benefits matters and adhoc projects


Secondary
Recruitment, Selection and Orientation
Office administration function
Assist with Training adminstration


Employee Welfare
1.Assist on CSR projects and staff events on monthly basis
2.Assist with communications for staff events
3.Personnel Correspondence and File Maintenance
4.Ensure employees’ letters, documents are filed in P-file in timely manner


Education:
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Sports Science or other related degree; MBA student a plus


IT:
Outlook: Intermediate
Word: Intermediate
Excel: Intermediate
Language skills:
English: Advanced
