· Input accounts-related data into database system
· Assist in timesheet processing and administration
· Accounts receivable: communicate with clients regarding late-payment matters
· Maintain company’s sales invoices and cash sales, ensuring that records are updated and error-free
· Various administrative tasks such as filing and organising documents
