- Maintain Desktop Hardware Configuration & Operating Systems
- Handle Software Troubleshooting of Standard Office Applications
- Troubleshooting Remote Users for Dial Up Problems
- Handle Email Support for Desktops
- Handle PCs, Notebooks, Peripheral Installation, Upgrades and Internal Relocation
- Assist in Setup of New PCs and Installation of Standard Office Application
- Ensure all Users are able to log on to Company Network
- Detect and Eliminate of Computer Viruses
- Troubleshooting of Problems encountered by End Users
- Perform Asset Tagging
- Ability to identify and organize tickets according to priority in the Company Ticketing System
- Assist to distribute tickets to on site engineers
