Job Description
We will be organizing a conference for finance and IT delegates in October 2011 where we require a Conference Administrator to assist in the day to day tasks leading up to the event day itself.
The chosen candidate will have many opportunities to network with top business leaders in the global world in the industry of Finance and IT.
Working Hours: 10am to 6.00pm / Monday to Friday

Remuneration: $500 per month
- Outgoing with a pleasant personality
- Good language skills essentially English
- Will need to telecall conference delegates
- Liaising with embassies for VISA application
- Assist in coordinating schedules for speakers
- Confident of meeting new people in person
- Good conversational skills (English)
- Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required
