HR Intern JD
3W is a regional distribution company with an aim to benefit both people and environment and improves communities one step at a time.
Responsibilities:
• Make initial contact with the candidates and conduct phone-screens
• Set up interviews;
• Open/close requisitions within our HR System
• Post advertisements to our job portal/boards;
• Maintenance of P-files of each employee.
• Administer the program process to ensure that meetings and events are delivered effectively and efficiently
• Ensure effective and efficient communications are maintained to all stakeholders and participants
• Help implement programs which foster sound employee relations and increase employee engagement
• Providing general administrative support
• Maintain and assist with all general filings/correspondences
• Perform data entry
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
Competencies:
• Well organized and meticulous
• Excellent communication skills - written and oral
• Fluent in English
• Able to prioritize effectively
• Results driven - able to deliver to deadlines
• Self starter
• Be able to confidently speak over the phone and have an interest in Human Resources / Staffing.
