Job Description

The ideal Human Resource Intern is a generalist that possesses

·      Diploma in Business or related disciplines

·      Good interpersonal and communication skill

·      Initiative to bring improvements to current processes

·      Ability to prioritize multiple assignments

 Responsibilities of Human Resource Intern

•         Source and network to build pipeline of talent

•         Build and strengthen 2359 Media’s employment branding

•         Create job posts and increase candidate reach

•         Collation of resumes, scheduling and facilitating interviews

•         Follow-up with administrative matters for successful candidates

•         Onboard new employees 

•         Define new hiring strategies and build efficiency into existing processes

•         Use metrics and data analytics to inform and drive talent acquisition strategies

•         Process part-timers payroll monthly
