Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Customer Account Intern to help us deliver an exceptional experience at every stage of the customer journey.

Role Overview

The Customer Account Intern will support the Customer Relations and Sales teams in managing client information, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely follow‑up with prospective and existing customers. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in customer success, account management, or sales operations within the automotive industry.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience in:

  • Managing customer accounts and documentation
  • Supporting the sales cycle and after‑sales communication
  • Working with CRM tools and dealership management systems
  • Collaborating across departments (Sales, Finance, and Service)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining and updating customer profiles and vehicle information in the CRM system.
  • Support account managers and sales consultants with pre‑ and post‑sale customer communication (email, phone, and in‑person).
  • Help prepare quotes, proposals, and documentation for financing, leasing, and purchase agreements.
  • Follow up with customers regarding test drives, pending paperwork, service appointments, and satisfaction surveys.
  • Coordinate with the Service team to schedule maintenance and ensure a smooth handover between Sales and Service.
  • Track and report on customer inquiries, feedback, and open items to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with customer onboarding for new vehicle purchases, including walkthroughs of features and services.
  • Contribute to the development of customer communication templates, FAQs, and guides.
  • Support ad‑hoc projects such as customer satisfaction initiatives, retention campaigns, and data clean‑up.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in customer service, account management, or sales operations; interest in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer data and documents.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, basic reporting, and digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience using CRM or customer database tools.
  • Prior internship or part‑time experience in customer service, retail, or sales support.
  • Multilingual abilities, especially in languages commonly spoken in our customer base.
